Our state-of-the-art transitional apartment helps patients regain their independence and daily living skills by providing a simulated home environment, including a kitchen, laundry area, bedroom and bathroom. It offers a chance to reestablish routines and skills necessary for independent living while rehabilitation staff is at hand for support.
